Eventually, and this did take years, I have come to a point where the intensely pleasurable sensations of orgasm can be invoked just by light stimulation, or even just imagination.
Often the first orgasm has a sensible format, it builds slowly and peaks with spasms (not ejaculatory ones, different muscles) and may be followed by a micro sleep, there is no refractory period, and if stimulation is continued a subsequent orgasm will shortly arrive. Stimulation is required all through. There isn’t a point of no return. Conversations with the AIs suggest this triggers a common underlying orgasmic response that is much closer to female than male.
While the practice parts are very simple to do it may take quite a long time. For me it’s hard to judge this because I have been learning along the way not only what actually works but also what is possible at all. I can’t wind back time for me and go back to the beginning and see what happens starting with what I know now, that is largely up to you.
I don’t know yet where this might all lead. It’s not about any specific goals but about enjoying the journey, which you will, once you see the first spark and start to fan it into an inferno. As journeys go no two days are the same, things that work one day might not the next, some days are dull, then come some days that will amaze you again.
Don’t underestimate the power of imagination, sometimes it’s a very fine line between imagining you felt something and actually doing so. A lot of the time you are imagining some muscle is there and can be clenched on the way to actually doing so. There are also quite a lot that you can only imagine will clench and they will, they don’t have direct control mapped like say fingers do. I presume being able to wriggle your ears must be similar, you imagine it can do this and it does, but you don’t have a built-in control for it.
Another useful tactic when trying to clench a muscle that you think should be there but you have no idea if it is, is to also move some other muscle in parallel. I find really tiny movements of my tong seem good. Really just a light change of pressure of the tong against the mouth is all that I do in parallel with attempting to affect a pelvic floor muscle that I think should be there.
Do take care though, if you wake up some mornings feeling like you have been kicked in the stomach then you are overdoing it! If something hurts then stop, move to somewhere different. This is a practice about enjoyment; pelvic floor exercises are not in the Olympics.
This practice has completely redefined my experience of orgasm in ways that you really can’t imagine until it happens. I hope that I have described how to learn to do this as clearly and simply as I can, and that if it will astound you as much as it has me if you have the patience and perseverance to do it.
